Ashley Brinegar is an experienced engineering and supply chain leader known for her systems thinking, communication style, process excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and passion for leadership.
In late 2018, Ashley accepted the role of Chief Operations/Quality Transformation leader for the Chief Data Office at Schneider Digital. Ashley came to the Chief Data Office in 2018 to help shape the data office mandate, establish the team’s operations, lead data/culture transformation through Agile, and create the data communication and training playbook.
Prior to joining Schneider Digital, Ashley spent 13 years at GE Aviation with growing responsibilities in the engineering and supply chain divisions. She developed expertise in titanium melting & processing, welding metallurgy, systems thinking and Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies. It was her time spent as a Black Belt in Supply Chain and the Engineering Division Master black belt that secured her position as a data/digital transformation leader within manufacturing.
In Ashley’s last role at GE, she responsible for the overall quality, product safety, and regulatory compliance of the Rotating Parts and Compressor Airfoils value stream, which comprised of nine plants and $1.2B of output. Ashley was a leading force within GE to bring data, data quality, and the power of connecting data to transform manufacturing. She successfully mobilized over 2000 people to adopt a holistic problem-solving approach using data to drive operations and quality improvements.
Ashley also served as the March of Dimes Chair for GE Aviation and Six Sigma/Design for Six Sigma instructor for GE and commercial airlines. She is also a member of the March of Dimes Board in Cincinnati. She graduated with a BS and Masters in Materials Engineering from the University of Kentucky and The Ohio State University, respectively.
